Masters degree in Human Resources (M.S.I.R.) and experience in HR generalist, recruiting and consulting roles; lived in the Netherlands as a graduate school director of admissions/career adviser; and founded a consultancy that explores complexity, conflict resolution and sustainable development.
Returning to Wisconsin for family, Eric rebuilt an eco-manufacturing company, and served over a decade as a board member and chair of the human resources and marketing committees for a group of renowned urban environmental education centers.
Eric currently splits his time between Wisconsin and Spain.
